Experience:

I have ten years experience with Mac OS X development, including Cocoa, scripting, low level networking and high level HI. I also have five years experience working with web technologies including building scalable web apps in python with twisted and in ruby on rails. I have experience with HTML5 and with using a combination of javascript and back end technologies to make dynamic collaborative web applications. I have a couple of years experience developing for the iPhone and iOS, both with Cocoa and HTML5.

What I bring to the table is a wealth of experience along with an ability and willingness to learn and explore new technologies.

2000 - Present: Senior Software Engineer, Apple Inc.

Working on the Mac OS X Server software team I have been tasked with development of front and back end elements using a variety of technologies, including but not limited to Cocoa, Python, twisted, Mac and iPhone development, C, C++, Java, Ruby on Rails and JavaScript. My duties included drafting user interactions in Cocoa and on the web, creating prototypes, engineering and programming shipping code as well as testing, debugging and validation.

Working under Suresh Lodha in the Graphics and Visualization department of Computer Science, I was responsible for carrying out my own research on multi-modal interactions, as well as offering support as a programmer and with statistical expertise with others' research.
